Project Management

Any successful realisation of complex projects is based on the application of practical methods and instruments. Thus we aim to guide and support our customers throughout every phase of project design (objective definition, work breakdown structure, scheduling, capacity planning etc.), project management and controlling (progress surveillance, forward and backward scheduling, risk and shortage management inter alia) until the project finalisation.

MS Project serves as our standard instrument, but as of late we frequently apply free project management systems as well.
