Process Management

In the course of any operational process the company’s own resources meet process objects such as technical facilities, customer enquiries, internal or external requests. Thus services are conducted and costs are produced. Transparency, clarity of responsibility and effective communication are the characteristics of well-controlled processes. They result in efficient cost structures, quality orientation, error prevention and legal certainty upon operation.

The objectives are accurate control of relevant company processes, constant availability of necessary information (information about orders, technical data, relevant regulations, potential threats) to employees at any time and both comprehensible and legally compliant documentation of the conducted actions (technical measures, instructions, qualifications).

Our services:

  • Capture and documentation of actual processes: Using an instrument based on reference processes enables us to quickly capture operations and procedures. The process documentation is compiled in the counselling session itself. Naturally, we do provide said instrument for our customers to use individually.
  • Analysis of the captured processes: The complete range of processes can be entered into a database and evaluated based on numerous aspects (document flow, use of resources, transfers of responsibility). Besides receiving reports our customers may have direct access to the analysis instrument if they wish.
  • Process improvement and modelling of target processes: Based on the findings of the preceded analysis our counsellors will provide you with recommendations on optimising the processes.
  • Process enhancement and utilisation: The main value of process documentation lies in additional information such as knowledge about significant regulations and laws for each phase or check lists enabling a legally compliant documentation of operations. Employees are provided with the valid information according their particular tasks.
  • Process automation via IT support: Independent selection, implementation and maintenance of an appropriate process oriented systems solution.
  • Preparation of certifications: We advise in preparation for process oriented certification and control audits for quality management according to ISO 9000 respectively for TSM. This includes editing the necessary records and documents as well as a direct preparation of employees in rehearsals.
