Process capture and modelling for network operators

Following previous successful cooperation with Stadtwerke Rostock AG, Maaser gemis KG has been given the task of capturing and analysing business processes for Stadtwerke Rostock Netzgesellschaft mbH as well.
The cooperation focuses on thorough and transparent documentation of process organisation in construction and maintenance, which will be the basis for improved process modelling with the aim to optimise operational organisation.
The main process modelling tool will be our own web based application IHMIS which allows for a simultaneous access of both the company and our customer to collaborate in developing the process model.
