Municipalities

Due to the ‘New Communal Budget Law’ municipalities are faced with having to register and assess their property. Abrasion, deterioration and maintenance then make the assets to be subject to a constant change in value. New investments extend the assets; assets at the end of their life cycle are disposed of.

The efficient provision of public services is based on the ability to handle the processes of using, managing and maintaining municipal facilities and infrastructure.
